Research Overview

We are presently working to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying allergic asthma and chronic inflammation through systematic investigation of natural bioactive compounds. Our comprehensive approach is to identifying therapeutic interventions that target multiple pathological pathways simultaneously.

Future prospects:

Expanding on advanced in vivo and ex vivo models, we wish to integrate high-throughput screening and CRISPR-based pathway manipulation to dissect signaling cascades deeper. This will enable precise targeting of autophagy, inflammasome, and polarization axes, fostering discovery of novel multi-pathway interventions for allergic asthma and chronic inflammation.
