Guidelines for Abstract

State theme of the work.
Be typed in MS word in Times New Roman font (12pts) in single space and full justification.
State the objective of work, methodology, significant results and conclusions.
Do not include figures, tables or references.
Abstract title in bold letters (14 font size) double space between the title and author's name (and full affiliation with e-mail address).
Abstract text in single space, use double space between the affiliation and text of the Abstract.
Scientific Committee reserves the right to Accept or Reject the abstract.
Good quality abstracts will be invited for full length papers.
Mark (*) on the name of the presenting author.
The presenting author must register for the conference as delegate.

Guidelines for Poster

A poster should be informative, attractive, well organized and self explanatory. Present a few major findings, its significance and implication. The discussion should give the interpretation and significance of the results.

Size : Poster size approx. 24"(W) X 34"(H).
Text : Give a brief (50 words) introduction followed by material, method and results. Minimize words while maximizing visuals.
Illustrations : Photographs and graphics should be of good quality. Captions and label on diagrams and graphs should be readable.
Organization : The design should be either from left to right or top to bottom.
